Place one heaped teaspoon per cup into a mesh infuser. Add to boiled water for 7 minutes with cover/saucer over cup while brewing to limit the herbal goodness from evaporating. Remove infuser.

Enjoy hot or cold.

For optimal health benefits drink without milk or sugar.

Sweeten with raw honey if you desire.
