Place one heaped teaspoon per cup into a mesh infuser. Add to boiled water for 10 minutes with cover/saucer over cup while brewing to limit the herbal goodness from evaporating. Remove infuser.

Enjoy hot or cold.

For optimal health benefits drink without milk or sugar.
