Sound Bath
Sound Experiences to rest, reset, restore and retreat from the busyness of everyday life. Settle comfortably onto your mat, wrap yourself in a blanket and allow the beautiful, resonant tones of crystal singing bowls to wash through you. With nothing to achieve and nowhere else to be, you are simply invited to become still, breathe and allow the mind and body to unwind. No meditation or sound experience is necessary—just come as you are and give yourself the gift of genuine rest.
When: the first Wednesday of each month, 6pm–7pm

Tea Ceremony
Join Michael of Badger Creek Tea for a silent tea ceremony at Monique’s Apothecary.
An hour devoted to stillness, presence and the quiet pleasure of tea. As each bowl is prepared and served, you are invited to rest in silence, notice the senses and allow the unhurried ritual to draw you gently into the present moment.
